We are committed to being the solution for all of your fitness equipment needs, from repairs and parts service, to maintenance, to installation and equipment moves.
At Grumpy’s, we understand how crucial it is that all of your fitness equipment is fully operational at all times, and so we strive to provide the fastest response time possible, usually within 24 hours of contact, and at competitive rates.
We also offer preventative maintenance packages that are proven to lengthen the life of your equipment and to reduce or even eliminate down time. Our preventative maintenance packages are completely customizable to meet all our of clients’ needs and budgets.

Preventative Maintenance (PM) Packages:
We offer a 3-tier preventative maintenance package with customizable frequencies and/ or time.
- Foundation Package: Includes testing the unit and all of its functions, lubing guide rods, and inspecting cables. If anything is discovered during this process, the unit will be diagnosed and quoted for necessary repairs.
- Core Conditioning Package: Includes testing the unit and all of its functions, removing the shrouds, performing an inspection of all parts, lubing and greasing all accessible points, lubing guide rods, and inspecting cables. If anything is discovered during this process, the unit will be diagnosed and quoted for necessary repairs.
- Peak Performance Package: Includes performance maintenance service carried out to manufacture’s specifications (in which a detailed performance maintenance list can be provided upon request). Also includes lubing guide rods and inspecting cables. If anything is discovered during this process, the unit will be diagnosed and quoted for necessary repairs.
Custom Cable Manufacturing:
To save down time on your equipment, we offer onsite custom cable manufacturing. We can supply nylon coated cable in both 1/4″ and 3/16″ diameters, along with different cable ends to meet your needs and budget.

We can make sure it is done efficiently and properly, and can solve most “unexpected glitches” usually on site.
Upholstery Repairs:
Is your upholstery worn out and not aesthetically appealing? Not to worry – Grumpy’s Fitness can provide you with a solution! We offer complete reupholstery, to slip covers to prevent damage on high wear spots, to re-padding and custom made backings in case yours is broken! We stock high quality black vinyl, but can bring in custom colors upon request.
